bay's "cold night" soup. homemade organic roasted carrots, beets, sweet potatos, shallot, jalapeno, red/yellow peppers, tomatos, garlic and fresh tarragon. seriously the best homemade soup i've ever made. oh, and made some cashew/sunflower sour cream to top it.
