YU 30, Day 11

Monday, February, 11th


We are ALIVE!! We survived the worst. Even though we have been super sick, now we only have the sniffles. I hope no one gets as sick as us. We would never wish that upon anyone.


Breakfast:
Gluten free toast from New Cascadia in S.E. portland with Organic Almond butter, and raw organic honey. Definately need to toast the bread. It tastes weird normally.


Lunch:
Red Quinoa Tacos and Taco Salad

The sauce was a little too spicy for me. I ended up having a lot of cheese sauce made from soaked cashews, lime and nutritional yeast. Can you tell Bay loves sauces? LOL! I am as guilty as she is, believe me.


Dinner:
Leftover tacos. Yum.
