We bought a new rice cooker and tried out our mandoline too. This was amazing. It was our first time making sushi and we made it together. xo

Tonight's dinner: homemade vegan sushi!! — with Kimberly Wohlsein.
We used for the sushi filling the following vegetables: purple kale, radish, cucumber, zucchini mixed colored carrots, avocado, broccoli shoots, mushrooms, & purple cabbage. We also used black, salsa, cashew sour cream for our too, burrito sushi.
