I have a cute milk jug from Bay Bay!! It looks like the old milk containers. I love it. It's the small things that count.
Breakfast:
Organic granola from People’s Co-op with some homemade Almond milk.
Almond milk recipe from Yum Universe: 1 tablespoon Almond butter and 1 and ½ cups of coconut water in a blender. I can't believe how easy Almond butter was to make. Their are also tons of recipes to make milk out of different nuts not just Almond milk found here.
Lunch:
This was first time for us to use Gluten Free pasta, Sweet Potato & Kale Fusilli. It has a very interesting flavor. It’s not as crunchy as the normal pasta. We aren’t sure if we like gluten free pasta quiet yet, perhaps we will over time.
Dinner:
We ate leftover tacos.
