YU 30, Day 18

Monday, February, 18th

Breakfast:
How can you pass this up twice?
cinnamon chia pudding with banana, dates & almond butter


Lunch: 
hummus, flaxseed crackers, with cucumber and tomato on top.


Dinner: 

Bay and I collectively thought about stuffing some mini peppers with some cashew cheese for a snack. Then we thought for dinner using the bigger bell peppers. Bay was the cook tonight she made the raw bell peppers stuffed with portobello mushrooms, purple onions, tempeh, fennel, broccoli, jalapeño with a layer of homemade cashew herb "cheese"


This was so bomb. the end. :)
