YU 30, Day 2

Saturday, February, 2nd


Breakfast:
We went to our local juicer called the Greenleaf Juicing Company to get some delicious juice and smoothies. Bay (image left) ordered the Green Leaf which includes: Green apple, lime, ginger, spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, and celery for our signature juice. Kim (image right) ordered the Green Solution which includes: spinach, banana blended with apple-lime-kale juice and ice.


Bay: “beautiful sun. amazing juice. happy saturday y'all!! xo.” 
Lunch:
Kale salad with lemon dressing and quinoa salad with tomato, black beans, orange zest, and onion.


Dinner: 
Leftover Parsnip soup.
