Breakfast:
I love how easy smoothies are. You toss everything in, blend, drink- simply delicious. It doesn't matter if you have the run of the mill blender. You can just blend it a little bit longer and it will be less chewy. Also if you have a food processer, you can make a smoothie in parts and stir it afterwards. We tried the Raw Blueberry Hemp Smoothie today. It was a little bland for my liking. I think next time I will add a little bit of honey for sweetness.
Lunch:
GF toast with hummus, tomato, and avocado
Dinner:
My leftover purple potatoes and “Split pea soup.” I'm getting really tired of soup. LOL.
We can't wait to feel better. Soon. Soon. We will be back on our feet and out of bed. Until then, we are going to catch more zzz's. Night. xo.
